CHARLEMONT, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The East Oxbow Road Bridge in Charlemont will be closed today and tomorrow, October 21st and 22nd, and possible into Wednesday the 23rd for work on the East Oxbow Bridge Project being completed by National Grid.
