(Montague, MA) Elijah Michonski, the man accused of killing 41 year old Nicholas Weir in connection with a stabbing incident in Montague on July 3, will be arraigned in court November 9. A second victim, Teresa Weir, suffered serious injuries from the incident. Weir is Michonski’s aunt. Michonski will be arraigned on charges of murder, armed assault with intent to murder, aggrevated assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, breaking and entering in the daytime with the intent to commit a felony, and larceny of a motor vehicle. Michonski was arraigned remotely on July 6 and held without bail.
