(Erving, MA) As a member of the New England Police Benevolent Association (NEPBA), Erving Police Department reached their first labor contract agreement with the Town of Erving on May 11th. The collective bargaining agreement will help the Erving Police Department hire new full-time officers as it supports a competitive process.

In the NEPBA Press Release, signed by Sergeant Adam K. Paicos, Officer Brandon Bryant, and Officer Joshua Barber, they acknowledge the Erving Chief of Police, Erving Town Administrator, Erving Selectboard members, Erving Town Counsel, and the NEPBA representatives and counsel for coming together to create this labor contract agreement. The press release states “Labor unions are the backbone of America and this is a historical day for our community and members.”
