(Combined Sources) The Erving Police Chief has been on an indefinite leave of absence. At the most recent Erving Select board meeting, the board announced that Chief Christopher Blair will be replaced, but stressed that his leave was not related to a disciplinary situation. The board did say that they would be exploring hiring a new police chief. Sft. Robert Holst is currently the acting police chief in Erving.
