ERVING, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Hancock Academy, an organization that supports tradespeople with education and job placement, submitted a proposal to the Town of Erving for the Paper Mill, hoping to create a campus there complete with dorms and a cafe. The submission was rejected by the town as it was incomplete, lacking requisite forms. This was the sole submission the the town’s Request for Proposals.
