Erving select board exploring cost-effective demolition for Paper Mill

ERVING, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Erving Selectboard discussed four potential plans for the partial demolition and restoration of the International Paper Mill property last week. The four options focus on keeping costs close to or under the $600,000 Site Readiness Grant from MassDevelopment and the Selectboard will continue their discussion at the next meeting with the Finance and Capital Planning Committees on July 22.
