(Erving, MA) — Erving officials are considering a series of zoning changes which could make that community more friendly to marijuana-related businesses. The Erving Planning Board has proposed a series of zoning bylaw revisions which would make it easier for marijuana companies to set up in zoning districts where such activity isn’t currently allowed. Any changes must be approved by the Selectboard and Town Meeting before going to the Attorney General’s office for final approval.
