SUNDERLAND, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — A public hearing to review Expedio Group’s application to create a Flexible Development in Sunderland will be held Tuesday, April 30th at 7 pm in the Town Hall and via Zoom. The Expedio Group is looking to create three building lots and one protected open space lot on the Northside of Plumtree Road.
