ORANGE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Orange Water Department will be conducting their fall fire hydrant flushing on weekdays from October 21st to November 7th. Flushing hydrants supports water quality and allows for operational checks on the system, although it may cause temporary water discoloration for users as mineral deposits within the piping system are stirred.
