First Alarm Calls All Turners Falls Fire Department Members To Embankment Extraction Emergency

(Turners Falls, MA) A patient is recovering from non-life threatening injuries after being rescued from an embankment along the Connecticut River. The Turners Falls Fire Department responded Monday to the area when a First Alarm was struck, bringing all department members to the emergency. The patient was safely extracted from the embankment by boat and transported to the hospital.
