(Franklin County, MA) A flash flood warning is in effect for Franklin County until 10pm Tuesday. Thunderstorms are expected which will produce two to four inches of rain an hour. The National Weather Service recommends motorists stay off flooded roads with water of unknown depth. The heat advisory for the area also remains in effect.
