(Winchester, NH) According to the Winchester Police Department, water levels in the Winchester area are receding. Nevertheless, Kulick’s Marketplace and the VFW are still under water. A representative from the department said the high water levels today were due to water coming off the mountains. As the water draining from the mountains tempers off, the water levels will recede. The representative said Route 10 is currently passable and the only road that is impassible is Old Westport Road.
