(Greenfield, MA) — A former Buckland Police Chief has pleaded not guilty to three new charges of indecent assault and battery. James Hicks was already facing charges related to a case which dates back to 2019. These new charges are from victims who came forward after hearing about the first charge. Hicks was released on his own recognizance pending his next court appearance January 4.
