(undated) — Two former officials at the Holyoke Soldiers Home are asking a judge to dismiss criminal charges against them in connection with the COVID-related deaths of 76 residents. Former Superintendent Bennett Walsh and former Medical Director David Clinton both face criminal neglect charges in connection with their alleged roles in the deadly outbreak last year. The charges were brought by Attorney General Maura Healey following an investigation into the handling of the outbreak. No decision has been made yet on the motion to dismiss.
