(Greenfield, MA) — The phone problems at Franklin County’s Courthouse have been rectified. Mass. Trial Court Spokeswoman Erika Gully-Santiago says the issue was addressed by state officials and corrected with the help of the building’s phone vendor Verizon. The phones have been out of service for close to 10 days, which led to a number of complaints primarily from local attorneys who had been unable to access information regarding their client’s cases.
