(Greenfield, MA) — Almost half of Franklin County’s residents have received at least one COVID 19 vaccination. That from the State Department of Public Health, which also says the number of communities considered COVID “red zones” dropped this week from 59 last week to 48. The state says 52 percent of all Massachusetts residents have had at least one dose, while about 2.1 million, one-third of the population, are fully vaccinate
