(Franklin County, MA) Due to the ongoing threat of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Franklin County District Court announced hearings will be held remotely via Zoom until at least the end of July. Emergency accommodations will be made for individuals seeking restraining order hearings, custody issues, and temporary child support orders, along with other urgent matters. Individuals who are participating in a Zoom hearing who cannot appear by video will be given a phone number, meeting code, and password to appear by phone.
