Franklin County Rep. Named Co-Chair Of Legislature’s “Aviation Caucus”

(Sunderland, MA) — A member of the Franklin County Beacon Hill delegation will be heading up the Legislature’s newest caucus. First Franklin Rep. Natalie Blais (D-Sunderland) has been named Co-Chair of the Legislature’s new “Aviation Caucus,” which Blais said will be charged with examining and recommending improvements to the commonwealth’s aviation industry. Blais will be the House co-chair side while Senator John Velis of Westfield will chair the Senate side. Blais said the aviation industry is an “vital section” of the Massachusetts economy which needs to be protected and cultivated.
