FRANKLIN COUNTY, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Several Franklin County towns including Wendell, Charlemont, Montague, Hawley, Gill and Ashfield have signed a letter of support from the Franklin Regional Council of Government and the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission to apply for a U.S. Housing grant.
The grant, with between $1 million and $7 million awards this cycle, would allow towns in western Massachusetts to advance affordable housing.
