(Ashfield, MA) Edge Hill Golf Course in Ashfield is now owned by The Franklin Land Trust, protecting the land from development. The golf course has been in the Graves’ family for four generations since 1893 and was operated as a dairy farm. The Franklin Land Trust already owns 40 acres next to Edge Hill and is now the second largest parcel owned by the Trust. The land trust will be working towards re-wilding the land.
