(Combined Sources) Students are back, learning at Franklin County Technical School. The school returned to a hybrid class model yesterday after moving to a full-remote plan before Thanksgiving. A person that is part of the school thought they were exposed to the coronavirus. Their test came back negative. With the hybrid class model, half of the students are in the school at one time with the rest learning from home.
