(undated) — A currently bankrupt regional food chain may be getting a new lease on life. The Amici Partners Group, LLC, has announced that it has purchased Springfield-based Friendly’s Ice Cream. Terms were not disclosed, but the new ownership group says it plans to keep all 130 remaining Friendly’s locations open, including the one near the Greenfield rotary.
