(Greenfield, MA) The Franklin Regional Transit Authority, also known as FRTA, is now offering free fixed-route transportation on the weekend for the first time in nearly twenty years. The busses will run from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. providing approximately half the runs each route would during the week. The service is paid for through the Fair Share Amendment.
