HAWLEY, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — A ten-wheeler dump truck rolled over at the hair pin turn on East Hawley Road in Hawley Wednesday. The dump truck had been fully loaded with asphalt and rolled over dumping its contenting over the roadway and into a stream. The Department of Environmental Protection was notified of the spill in the wetlands.
