MONTAGUE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The state has approved Montague’s design for a new main library and committed to funded a large portion of the project. Now town officials, the library building steering committee, and Downes Construction will be discussing plans with the public, including a focus on the funding options and voting process.
