Gambling revenues continue to tumble at Massachusetts’ three casinos as the facilities face more restrictions amid the latest surge of COVID-19. Encore Boston Harbor, MGM Springfield and Plainridge Park generated a combined $45 million in gross gaming revenue last month, down from $69 million in October, the state’s Gaming Commission reported Tuesday. The total revenues translate to about $13.2 million in taxes for the state. The casinos are operating under strict COVID precautions, including limited hours, reduced capacity at gaming tables and fewer slot machines.
