(Gill, MA) – A local transportation company is sending a bus to our nation’s capital today in an attempt to draw the attention of government leaders.
TravelKuz Spokesman Doug Baker says one of the company’s motor coaches will be leaving the Gill headquarters at 9 am Tuesday May 12 to take part in the “Motor Coaches Roll for Awareness”rally.
“More than 1500 motorcoaches from throughout the US, including Alaska and Hawaii, will gather in DC on Wednesday,” Baker said. “The private charter and tour motorcoach industry has been ignored by Congress while other industries like airline, rail, and public transit have received millions of federal dollars to help them survive the economic challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. ”
