GILL, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll visited Gill on Monday to announce the town was one of 29 new Housing Choice communities. The program allows designated communities to apply for the state’s Housing Choice Grant Program, which has just expanded to support housing production in rural and small towns.
