(Combined Sources) A group that represents six Franklin County towns has been discussing the possibility of having one six town school district that would merge the Gill-Montague and Pioneer Valley School Districts. The plan currently being discussed would turn either Pioneer Valley Regional High School or Turners Falls High School into a middle school and have the other be the districts high school. The Six Town Regionalization Planning Board will decide this fall if it will recommend that each district go along with the model.
