GILL, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Gill and New Salem are considering applying for a Housing Rehabilitation grant program through the Massachusetts Community Development Block Grant. The town will apply for no more than $1.05 million and, if awarded the grant, would contract with the Franklin County Regional Housing and Redevelopment Authority to administer the program.
