GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Some performers will be missing from this year’s lineup at the 40th annual Green River Festival due to travel restrictions. DSP Shows made a statement announcing the cancellations of at least two international bands as a result of U.S. immigration policies.
