GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Several brush fires were fought this weekend across western Mass, including one in Greenfield.
The fire was blazing in the area of Canada Hill Road Sunday afternoon around 4:30 p.m. with multiple departments providing mutual aid.
Another broke out in Amherst where firefighters hiked on foot through the woods to fight the fire with hand tools.
