(Combined Sources) Yesterday Greenfield Mayor Roxanne Wedegartner announced that she is cutting $370,000 from this year’s budget. The cut is being made after the city found out that there will be a reduction of state aid. Cuts to budget lines will be seen at the Department of Public Works and at the Fire Department. No jobs are expected to be lost, although seasonal positions will remain unfilled. With the reduction, the fiscal year budget for Greenfield will be $53.5 million.
