Greenfield Area Seniors Targeted By Medicare Phone Scam

(Greenfield, MA) – Another phone scam targeting seniors has been reported in the Greenfield area. A number of people report receiving phone calls trying to trick them into giving out information by falsely claiming their Medicare has expired. Medicare does not call and Medicare cards do not expire. Anyone who receives such a call should contact their local police departments.
