GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — At last night’s Greenfield City Council meeting, the city’s Finance Director, Stephen Nembirkow, shared an update on the reconciliation of the cash books for the Department of Revenue, sharing that they’re making good progress and he’s much more optimistic about the outlook. However, Nembirkow says he expects the bond rating for the city to go up at least a percentage point when the city goes to bid in January.
