GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Following a trend in the region, the Greenfield Board of Health is considering a ban on the sale of kratom, an herbal extract with opioid-like effects, sometimes referred to as “gas station heroin.” The Board will meet on July 29th and is expected to sign the ordinance ban.
