(Greenfield, MA) A Greenfield marijuana cultivation facility, 15 Arch Street LLC., is being accused of failing to pay nearly $115,000 of their $1.2 million contract with Sweitzer Construction. The court records indicated the possibility of a settlement, however the case is expected to be heard in court this June.
