(Greenfield, MA) The Greenfield DPW has received almost $90,000 in funding from the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection to catalog its water and sewer infrastructure and develop a comprehensive asset management plan to guide future upgrades and proactively identify potential trouble spots. The total cost of the project will be $146,057 with $45,266 coming from the city and $13,157 in in-kind services. Work will begin this summer and will end by the end of 2022.
