(Greenfield, MA) — The city of Greenfield may soon be getting some new commercial business in the northern end of town. The Greenfield City Council has approved a zoning amendment which extends the General Commercial District along Bernardston Road to the Bernardston town line. The change is expected to make it easier for new businesses to set up in the area, which had previously been zoned for Rural Residential use.
