Greenfield Fiscal 2021 Tax Rate Certified By State

(Greenfield, MA) — Greenfield residents now know the rate they will be paying for property taxes over the next year. Greenfield Mayor Roxann Wedegartner has announced that the Mass. Department of Revenue has certified the city’s fiscal 2021 tax rate at $23.22 per thousand dollars of valuation. The new rate represents a 29 cent increase over last year’s rate of $22.93. The state-mandated tax levy limit is $25 per thousand.
