(Greenfield, MA) — A Greenfield city council subcommittee is planning to hold a public forum next week on speeding in residential areas. The forum will be part of Monday’s Community Relations and Education Committee, and will focus on areas of town where high vehicle speeds have been a common problem, most notably the Wells, Chapman and Conway streets areas. The police chief and public works director will both be available to answer questions.
The October 18th forum will be held online via WebEx during the subcommittee’s regular monthly meeting. The meeting’s agenda and links to join the meeting online or via phone can be found here at greenfield-ma.gov.
