Greenfield, MA) — Greenfield is getting a new marijuana dispensary. The Greenfield Zoning Board of Appeals has approved a special permit and series of conditions for “Smokey Leaf LLC” to operate the new dispensary in the former Karen’s Dance Studio property on Bank Row. The building must be renovated and the new operation approved by the state’s Cannabis Control Commission before it can open for business.
