(Greenfield, MA) — The Greenfield School Committee may get an earful tonight from parents concerned about discord at the city’s high school. Greenfield Police were called to Greenfield High School three times in two days last week to provide support to school administrators who were forced to deal with a number of incidents, including fights among students. The problem has resurrected the debate over whether a Student Support Officer should once again be added to the school staff. The school committee chose to cut the position from the budget this past year.
