Greenfield Human Rights Committee To Discuss National Police Brutality

(Greenfield, MA) The Greenfield Human Rights Commission is meeting tonight at 6pm. Part of the agenda will include recent national issues of police brutality. Three new members have been appointed to the committee, but have not been sworn in yet. The new members will be approved by the Greenfield City Council. Until they are approved and sworn in, the new members can attend the meeting but they cannot vote. The new appointees are Peter Michael Smith, Carolyn McDaniel, and Kay Pratt. The appointees still have to be approved by the full council on Wednesday.
