GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Vladimir Sinigur of Greenfield was sentenced on Tuesday in Franklin County Superior Court after pleading guilty to two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after a 2024 hit and run incident involving two women. Siniguir will have to pay each victim $1,000 in restitution and serve one year before being released on probation.
