(Greenfield, MA) — The city of Greenfield is preparing to decide how to use what’s expected to be a large influx of federal funds. Greenfield officials say the city is likely to receive a total of just over $5 million in “American Rescue Plan Act” funds. Mayor Roxann Wedegartner says half of that money is already in-house, with the remainder due to arrive in the spring. Residents who have ideas on the best ways to spend that money are encouraged to send those suggestions to the mayor’s office.
