(Greenfield, MA) — Greenfield Police are likely to remain in their current headquarters for the foreseeable future. Mayor Roxann Wedegartner’s proposed capital budget for next year includes $1.35 million in upgrades for the police department’s High Street headquarters. The appropriation is expected to fund a number of needed upgrades in the building now that the city has decided not to build a public safety complex as originally planned.
