(Greenfield, MA) — A man believed to be suicidal was rescued yesterday from a railroad bridge behind the Greenfield Mohawk Trail Dunkin Donuts. Greenfield Police officers Brent Griffin and Marcus Johansson responded to a report of a man in his 20’s threatening to jump from the bridge onto River Street. The officers were able to subdue the man long enough for additional help to arrive. He was taken to the hospital for observation.
