(Greenfield, MA) — Greenfield’s school superintendent may be out of commission for a while. Superintendent Jordana Harper announced on social media this week that she recently suffered a work-related neck and back injury which has made it difficult for her to sit or stand behind a computer for any length of time. No word yet on how long Harper may be out. She is in the final year of her final contract with the district, and a search is already underway for her replacement. The school committee member Jean Wall is in charge of the search committee and the district will be hiring a firm to help out with the search.
