(Greenfield, MA) — Greenfield officials are preparing to finalize a plan to redraw the city’s voting precincts. The Greenfield City Council will hold a special meeting on Tuesday December 7th, primarily to approve a new precinct alignment which was developed in response to the most recent federal Census count. Those same numbers led to the Legislature splitting Greenfield between the First and Second Franklin districts beginning next year.
